New Family Platform— Concept
Our team proposed a strategic & conceptual project, bringing fresh thinking across the Johnson & Johnson portfolio (when consumer was part of J&J) through services & platforms based on consumer’s needs. We defined various need state opportunities and visualized a system beginning with Baby Care. Suggesting a potential platform for New Families, knowing how crucial the First 100 Days are. We looked at ways to leverage the Johnson & Johnson Visual Toolkit to build additional toolkits.
