Scaled a system of sustainability icons, driving consistency across Johnson & Johnson® Consumer Health brands. Created a unified sustainability communication strategy and ensured each brand could address its unique needs. Leveraging one system allowed for one legal review process, enabling timely approvals allowing the brands to publish communications swiftly.
